My wedding dress.. that is. I was married in 1972 and I still have my wedding dress, train and veil. I haven’t opened the box that it’s in in years. I know I won’t fit in it anymore without the help of some good, quick weight loss tips. But I don’t plan on wearing that for any reason.
I was saving it for Andi to wear but her last 2 weddings were casual. I don’t know if Tayler would want to wear when she gets married, someday in the far, far future, but I hope it would be able to cleaned without it falling apart and be able to become white again.
It used to be white but the last time I looked at it it was becoming yellow with age. After all… it’s about 38 years old now. I’ll have to check with some dry cleaners and see what they can do. I know they have new processes now.. ones they didn’t have 38 years ago.
