There are a lot of things out there to help you save your back when you’re moving or just rearranging furniture. You can buy or make a wooden dolly, that has casters on it, for moving heavy things.

You can buy plastic coated things that you put under heavy furniture so it will slide easily across carpeting. When the movers came to move my stuff into storage they had some of those with rope attached to them and I was surprised at how easily they slid the heavy dressers out to the truck.

It’s always best to take care of your back when moving or lifting things. I know what it’s like to have a bad back. Surgeries are not a fun thing to have to go through.

Clean vehicles

Hubby uses all kinds of special cleaners on his truck. He uses a special soap to wash it, special spray to clean the wheels… which could also be used on ATV Wheels. He uses a special spray to clean his seats and dashboard and cleans the windows real good with a special window cleaner.

When he’s done his truck shines and looks brand new even though it’s a 1999 truck. It looks so pretty, although he wouldn’t want to hear anyone call it pretty. He spends hours cleaning it and is very proud of it. It’s a 4 wheel drive diesel truck. He got it when diesel fuel was cheaper than gasoline, now it’s more expensive.

This is so much fun…

No.. not really. We’re living in our camper. But on the upside if we need to move it we just have to hook it up to the truck and not have to spend money on motorhome towing.

It’s not really all that bad. I just miss having my computer desk and the rest of my stuff. I miss having room to move around.. it gets pretty cramped in here in spots.

Anyway.. hopefully soon we’ll find something and move into a much bigger place.
