Now that Andi is in the Reserves she’s trying to get ready for a PT test that she has next month. She’s doing sit-ups, push ups and running. She says she’ll be able to lose stomach fat fast if she keeps this up. She’s only been at it for a couple days and already her abs hurt from the sit-ups and push ups.
The running is giving her a hard time though. She went running this morning and found out she is so out of shape. She hasn’t run like that in almost 2 years. The last time she ran she was in Iraq. I’m sure she just needs to find her rhythm again and she’ll be fine.
