Quick and easy hash browns

This is made using those frozen tater tots you can buy in the grocery store. You can make them even better buy adding chopped onion or other things to them.

You will need:

a bag of frozen tater tots or tater bites
Seasoned salt
Butter

Melt butter in a frying pan
Place tater tots in frying pan and when they start to unfreeze break them up into small pieces. (this is when you would add your onions, garlic, etc if you choose to)
Add seasoned salt to taste.
Fry the resulting potato pieces until browned on both sides.

I found I didn’t need any additional salt or other seasonings. It was delicious as is.

They’re so old

About 10 years ago I got a new set of non-stick cookware. They are wearing out! The frying pan that I use just about every day isn’t very non-stick anymore. Stuff I cook in it is beginning to stick all the time even if I use cooking spray, oil or butter.

I love this set too.. It has glass lids. I’d like to find another set like it or similar.. as long as it has the glass lids. Hopefully, soon, I’ll find a job and be able to get a new set.
