I went to CVS this morning and got another unexpected great deal! I bought John Frieda Luxurious Volume shampoo and conditioner. When I got there they had a sale buy 1 get one 50% off. That in itself is a great deal. But there’s more. I also had a coupon for $3 off of 2 products.
1 bottle cost $6.99. The second bottle cost $3.50. This was a total of $10.48. With the $3.00 coupon I spent only $7.49 for a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner!
I also picked up a box of large sized CVS anti-bacterial bandaids for hubby. They were $3.49. My total for my order (with tax) was only $11.74. I saved $6.50.
I love the coupons you get with the Extra Care Card. Yesterday I used one that was $5 off a purchase of $15 or more. We always need stuff there, so we have no problem using these coupons.
I love the John Frieda products, but I only buy them when they are on sale. CVS does have them on sale a lot, but when I see them that cheap, I try to stock up if possible.
