The store that I do my grocery shopping has several self-checkout lanes. I use them all the time and their POS system works great. I had been to another grocery store with the self-checkout but that store had a lot of problems with theirs.
I like to use self-checkout because it’s faster, you don’t have to deal with incompetent cashiers and there is always someone nearby I do have a problem with checking out.
What do you think? Do you use the self-checkout or do you stand in the long lines waiting for a cashier to check you out? Why?
