Gone!

Ok… I did it. I changed themes and sent the old theme packing off to take some luxury vacations and not come back. It was really beginning to make me really mad when I’d come to my blog.

That theme made the blog look cluttered and like it was shrinking. At least, for the moment, I really like this theme. I just spent the better part of the last hour finding a theme and getting it ready to go live. I still have just a couple more things to add now that it’s live and it will be all set.

What do you think? Does it pass muster?

The more I look at it…

The more I don’t like it. I’m talking about the theme on this blog. I loved it when I first saw it and now when I look at it I’m beginning to hate it. I don’t know if it’s the waning progesterone that’s causing me to want to change themes all the time or what.

All I know is that I’m going to start looking for a new theme, yet again. So just be prepared for changes, changes and possibly more changes!

You can shoot me now, if you wish! ha, ha!

Meatball hoagies

I love making my own meatballs and making hoagies with them. This recipe has no actual measurements because I just add things here and there and usually don’t measure.

2 lbs ground beef *lean*
2 eggs
bread crumbs
medium onion chopped
garlic *I used the garlic already chopped up in a jar* to taste. Usually about a teaspoon full.
Oregano

Mix all of the ingredients together and form into balls about the size of golf balls. Place them in a frying pan and cook until done. Then place them into a pan of your choice of spaghetti sauce until the sauce is hot.

Slice hoagie rolls in half length-wise and place several meatballs on it and top with sauce, provolone cheese and sprinkle with grated cheese.
