Coffee

I drink coffee every so often. I’m not one who has to have cups upon cups of coffee to function during the day. Soda is a totally different story. I can’t function without my Diet coke. I do have a coffee maker. It’s a Senseo and uses those little coffee pods. I really like it and it’s so easy to use.

What kind of coffee maker do you have. Is it one of those espresso machines? Is it fancy? Or is it plain and bare bones? My Senseo has an insert that allows you to use espresso pods but I haven’t used that one. I’ve never even tried espresso. I do love French vanilla cappuccino though.

Hmm, I like a cup of coffee once in a while, to go with the breakfast. That will be the only cup of coffee for me for that day. Coincidentally, I have a Francis Francis X6 Trio Espresso maker at home right now but still brand new in a box. I am now trying to sell it away; don’t want a good machine to be wasted, sitting at one corner of my house. However, it seems that right here in Singapore, not much people can appreciate an espresso machine in the house. I believe that most coffee drinker are having the instant 2-1, 3-1 etc whatever you can name it (I am guilty to be one too). I remembered the old days where my mother make a very good cup of coffee using Nescafe coffee powder and coffeemate etc. She is already ‘bought’ over by the many brands of instant coffee available in the shop.
