I’ve been trying for months to get the grease buildup off of the top edge of my kitchen cabinets. I bought some Lysol Lemon Breeze All Purpose Cleaner and it works. It took a couple tries but that gunk is gone!

So while people were busy at the Branson golf course I was cleaning my cabinets. I got the top ones done, now it’s time to get the bottom ones done. And after all that I have to re clean my counter tops. I should have done the upper cabinets before I did the counter tops! Oh well.. live and learn!

After all this work and sweating I should probably weigh about 10 lbs! lol

Next on my agenda today is to get out the step ladder and use the Magic Erasers on the plastic that covers the fluorescent lights that line the space between the ceiling and the top of my cabinets. I think the easiest way to tackle that one is to remove each panel and take them into the bathroom and fill the tub with warm soapy water and let each one soak for a bit. If you do this be sure to remove your Rolex Yachtmaster first. I’ve done dummy things like this and ruined a watch or two.

I just need to remember not to dance around while I’m on the step ladder. That could lead to bad consequences. I might end up posting tips on how to keep a cast clean and dry.

I’ve been cleaning like crazy today to keep my mind off of smoking. I posted before about my favorite cleaning product Magic Erasers. I went through 2 of them today cleaning the kitchen. I used it to clean my stainless steel sink, the inside and outside of my slow cooker (with the ceramic liner removed), the counters, the stove, the front of the dishwasher (where some gravy from my roast dripped) and even the floor (more gravy drips). I cleaned the outside of the fridge, the cabinet doors (I have those fugly, white laminate cabinets) and I’ll bet they’d do a good job on a set of Cobra golf clubs.

I have my IPod going and I’m dancing around and cleaning like crazy. I’ve also taken the broom and cleaned the ceiling (I have those nasty popcorn ceilings in this place). I always used to play music and dance around and clean and it used to keep me skinny. Maybe it will still work!
