Here is an idea that you can do with a package of yellow cake mix.
Orange cake: Use frozen orange juice *diluted as directed* in place of water. Add 1 tbsp. of grated orange rind to the batter. Frost with Fluffy Butter Frosting. *see recipe below*
Fluffy Butter Frosting:
1/3 cup soft butter or margarine
3 to 4 tbsp. milk
4 cups sifted confectioner’s sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
In small mixer bowl; cream butter for 1/2 minute. Add sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Mix on low speed til blended then whip for 2 minutes *high speed*.
